CLASS HORSE TV AND I FOR HICKSTEAD

Yesterday I was invited at Class Horse Tv’s television studios to attend the special about Hickstead and Eric Lamaze (live on Sky channel 221 from 7.00 pm to 8.45 pm). Among the special guests there were presents Eleonora Ottaviani, Director of the International Jumping Riders Club, Andrea Paulgross, President of FISE (Italian Federation of Equestrian Sports).  A focal point of the episode was the very important message from the presenter Luca Panerai, addressed to the presidents of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Libero ed Il Quotidiano, that were present
in the study, to further promote riding as a sport that often is not considered, publicized widely, like the others. He then opened the discussion on the death of Hickstead, one, if not the biggest, star of the recent history of show jumping, death after his magnificent course during the Worl Cup in Verona.
